Work has just begun on a new project to generate
data for the FSANZ nutritional panel calculator
- the tool used by formulators, chefs and
manufacturers to produce the (legally
required) nutritional panels we see on all our
retail products. Very few native foods are
included in the FSANZ database, and ANFIL,
with help from RIRDC is working to get more
of our important ingredients listed.

A handful of community spirited producers
will be making a fantastic contribution to this
work in the form of a small amount of cash and
some commercial grade product.
