The Desert Knowledge Australia Outback Business Networks is holding another virtual trade fair which allows local and native producers from across Australia to showcase their products to potential new customers/suppliers etc by linking up via video conferencing technology.  Producers will be able to “virtually” showcase their products to 9 locations around Australia including Kalgoorlie, Exmouth, Alice Springs, Mt Isa, Longreach, Broken Hill, Melbourne and Adelaide.   The producers also send samples of their products to each of the hosted locations so that whilst they are promoting their product via the video conference, the potential new customers can also sample the product. It is a great opportunity to showcase the great products that we have around the nation and also using technology to do this.

This is the 2nd year the event has been run, with last years resulting in not only new sales for the producers but also in the producers creating partnerships to come up with new products.  For more information contact Paula Osborn, email posborn@rdafn.com.au

One Response to “Local and Native Produce Virtual Trade Fair Opportunity”

This is a fantastic opportunity for those involved in the native food industry to showcase their goods reaching out to potential customers Australia wide. Paul Osborne has really worked hard to ensure the success of this Virtual Trade Fair.
